Allen Brown has spent his entire 48-year career in the Nashville music industry, most of it at one label home: Sony Music Nashville. He started as a college intern at CBS Records Nashville while attending Belmont.
Along the way, Brown served on the Board of Governors at the Recording Academy’s Nashville Chapter and on the Country Grammy Screening Committee. A former chair of the Country Music Association’s Artist Development Committee, he received the CMA’s Founding President’s Award in 1990.
